Looking for a boyfriend who won’t blanch when you tell him you’re aborting the love child you accidentally made together? OKCupid may be your place. The popular online dating site has announced a partnership with Planned Parenthood aimed at enabling “daters to find folks who support” the abortion services that the organization provides.
“I would never date someone who doesn’t support Planned Parenthood,” read a tweet announcing the brand new team. “OKCupid makes it easy to find them.”
Word to the wise: Regardless of your personal feelings on abortion, if you’re thinking of dating a woman who considers “Planned Parenthood support” a must-have, you should really think again. 100% guaranteed, you’re opening a can of worms that will not easily go back in the jar.
As a result of the partnership, users will now be able to easily filter out pro-life matches right on their profiles. Because what could be worse than going out on a date with someone and only THEN discovering that they are one of those hopeless creatures who actually thinks babies should be carried to term? To help users find their pro-abortion match, profiles will be decorated with a badge that reads #IStandWithPP. Anyone who answers “no” to the question, “Should the government defund Planned Parenthood?” will be given the badge.
So yeah, not only do you have to support the idea of Planned Parenthood, you have to support the concept of American taxpayers financially keeping the abortion machine rolling.
OKCupid’s Melissa Hobley said the partnership was “really exciting because it enables us to help people connect on the issues that matter to them.”
“In this current climate, this matters more than ever when it comes to finding ‘your person,'” Hobley said in a statement. “We know that Planned Parenthood is driving conversations, support and education that millions care about. When we looked at the data, we saw that our community on OkCupid was talking about Planned Parenthood…so we decided to make it easy to find the folks who cared about the same thing.”
One can only imagine the thousands of intense love stories that will be forged in the impossible-to-resist mutual love of public abortion funding. It’s the stuff great romances are made of…if not necessarily great families.
