Georgia: When Poll Observers Went Home, Suitcases of Ballots Came Out
For anyone skeptical about the Trump legal team’s efforts to expose fraud in the 2020 election, Thursday’s revelations may have been enough to change some minds. That was when Rudy Giuliani presented new surveillance camera footage from State Farm Arena in Fulton County, Georgia which appears to show some extraordinary impropriety.
In the footage, which takes place at 10:30 at night after poll observers were sent home for the night and was shown during a Georgia State Senate hearing, someone is seen pulling four suitcases filled with missing “absentee and military” ballots out from underneath a table. And then, with all of the legally-responsible workers and observers out of the room, four people – including the woman who sent the workers home – stayed behind for three hours to count all of these magically-discovered votes.
“So what are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots and why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses?” Jacki Pick, a Trump legal team volunteer, asked the Georgia Senate.
Pick explained to the Senate that “two Republican field organizers had been sent” to the arena to observe the counting process.
“At no time,” she said, “were they permitted to observe in any meaningful way.”
Worse, GOP workers had to find out through news crews that, hours after they were sent home, people had stayed behind to count missing votes.
“This shocked them, so they returned back to State Farm Arena at about 1:00 in the morning where they confirmed that people had in fact just left,” said Pick.
The attorney said that a review of footage from earlier in the day proves that it’s not standard practice for Georgia poll workers to store ballots in suitcases underneath the tables.
“Where did they come from? Who put them there? When did they put them there?” Pick asked.
Trump legal team representative Jenna Ellis said the footage is a game-changer.
“The VIDEO EVIDENCE being shown in the Georgia Senate Hearing is SHOCKING,” Ellis tweeted. “Room cleared at 10:30pm. 4 people stay behind. Thousands of ballots pulled from under a table in suitcases and scanned. FRAUD!!!”
President Trump weighed in as well: “Wow! Blockbuster testimony taking place right now in Georgia. Ballot stuffing by Dems when Republicans were forced to leave the large counting room. Plenty more coming, but this alone leads to an easy win of the State!”
In no small part because Lin Wood and Sidney Powell have made some really weird claims over the past few weeks, a lot of people – even Republicans – have dismissed these election challenges as frivolous. The truth is, though, that beneath the hype there may very well be substance. And it behooves every American, no matter what side you’re on, to want a full and complete investigation. The sanctity of our elections is paramount.
